At Tradelinx, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Shipping Policy outlines the conditions under which we prepare, ship, and deliver products purchased through our website (thetradelinx.com).


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within Saudi Arabia only. Orders placed outside KSA will not be processed unless explicitly agreed in writing by our team.


2. Order Processing Times

● In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
● Custom or special-order items: These may require 4- 6 weeks  for production before shipment, depending on the complexity of the order.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location and order type:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
Major Cities (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) 2–5 business days
Other Regions 4–10 business days
 
Delivery times may be affected by high-volume seasons, weather, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable local courier services to ensure timely delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. You will be able to view the exact shipping fee at checkout before completing your order.
Note: For oversized or heavy items (e.g., large wood boards or CNC machines), additional handling fees may apply. These will be disclosed prior to order confirmation.


6. Delivery Conditions

● It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package.
● If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence of recipient, re-delivery fees may apply.
● The courier may contact you to schedule delivery. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.


7. Pickup Option (If Enabled)

Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse. In this case:
● You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
● You must present a valid ID or order confirmation.
● If someone else is collecting on your behalf, you must notify us in advance via email with their full name and ID details.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, you must:
● Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@thetradelinx.com
● Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue
We will work with the courier and initiate a resolution (replacement, refund, or compensation as applicable).
⚠️ Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted due to courier policy restrictions.


9. Delayed or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
● Check the tracking number first
● Then contact us at info@thetradelinx.com with your order number
We will contact the courier on your behalf and provide updates.
