Refund policy

At Tradelinx, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that in some cases, a return, exchange, or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, in line with Saudi eCommerce Law and Ministry of Commerce regulations.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:
● The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
● All original packaging, accessories, tags, and manuals are included
● A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
● Custom-cut wood panels or CNC-processed items
● Products made to order or specially customized
● Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of handling
● Silicone, adhesives, or sealants that have been opened
● Electrical items with broken packaging seals
● Items without original packaging or missing accessories
● Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
⚠️ Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our support team at info@thetradelinx.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will assess the request and provide return instructions.
● If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
● If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g. change of mind), and the product meets the return conditions, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued after:
● The returned item is received at our warehouse
● It is inspected and approved as eligible for a refund
Payment Method Refund Timeline
Mada Debit Card 3–10 business days
Visa / Mastercard 7–14 business days (up to 21 max)
SADAD / Bank Transfer 3–10 business days (after IBAN verification)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by The Tradelinx.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to request an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:
● Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
● Send photos of the packaging and product
● Include your order number and a description of the problem
We will review the claim and offer a suitable resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit).
Claims made after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted due to courier and warranty policy limitations.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by contacting us at info@thetradelinx.com. Once an order is packed or shipped, it will be subject to the return conditions above.
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
8. Return Shipping Address
All approved returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Do not return items without prior approval.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping services for your protection.
