1. Accepted Payment Methods

●    Mada Debit Cards
●    Visa / Mastercard (Credit or Debit)
●    Apple Pay (if enabled on your device)
●    Bank Transfer via SADAD (One-Time Payment)
○    You will receive a SADAD number via SMS or email after checkout
○    Follow the steps provided by your bank to complete the transaction
 All payments must be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

2. Payment Security

Your financial data security is our top priority. All transactions on TheTradelinx.com are:
●    Encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology
●    Processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
●    Verified with OTP (One-Time Password) or 3D Secure when applicable
We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.


3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed:
●    You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment reference.
●    For SADAD payments, a confirmation SMS will also be sent by your bank.

4. Payment Deadlines

●    For bank transfer or SADAD, you must complete the payment within 24 hours of order placement to avoid automatic cancellation.
●    If payment is not received in time, the order will be cancelled and items may no longer be available.

●    Recheck your card details and internet connection
●    Try an alternative payment method
●    Contact your bank for authorization issues

6. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment, as per our [Refund & Return Policy] (to be added):

SADAD (Bank Transfer)    3–10 business days (after IBAN verification)
Delays may occur due to bank processing times or public holidays.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Tradelinx.


7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:
●    Cancel any order flagged as suspicious or high risk
●    Request additional verification documents (e.g., ID or proof of ownership)
●    Delay shipment until payment is verified
This is done to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions.
